Who is responsible

What is collected

• Server logs. The web server records the IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser type for every visit, and keeps them for up to 30 days to keep the site secure and working. This is a legitimate interest under UK GDPR.
• Email address, only if you subscribe. If you enter your email to receive updates it is stored by the newsletter provider named on the form and used only to send those updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, which removes you completely.
• Nothing else. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Affiliate links

When you click an affiliate link, the destination site may set its own cookies to record that the visit came from here. That happens on their site under their privacy policy, not on this one.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Email the address above and it will be dealt with within a month.
